I don’t typically like long form but this story grabbed me and wouldn’t let go.
As a parent that hit me soooooooo fucking hard.
I’m in the airport waiting for my flight, my 4 year old daughter sitting on the floor next to me, drawing doodles on my arm, trying (and failing) not to bawl like a baby
