Gannan is one of the most peaceful and breathtaking places I’ve ever visited in China. Located in southern Gansu, it’s home to stunning grasslands, snow-capped mountains, and rich Tibetan culture. During my trip, I visited Labrang Monastery and was deeply moved by the peaceful atmosphere and the devotion of the monks. The landscapes around Sangke Grassland were unforgettable—endless skies and yaks grazing freely. It felt like stepping into a completely different world, far from the busy cities. The local people were kind and welcoming, and the air was incredibly fresh. Gannan is not very touristy, which makes the experience feel more authentic. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature and discover a different side of China, Gannan is perfect. Bring a camera, an open heart, and a sense of adventure. Don’t miss the chance to explore this hidden gem!
