Porn addiction like any other kind absolutely does exist. People can become unheathily addicted to anything…

Good thing most porn bores us and worries us to tears. There is no consent seeking, connection, backstory, or slow burning in most porn, visual, auditory, or even written. We continue searching, but there’s very little that actual cares about these things.

We watched some recently and we were amazed at how bad it really is, how scared or confused the actors were, it’s just… not good.

Edit: In our opinion and experience doing things in real life with other real people (online included) is definitely better.

You can get addicted to any pleasurable behavior. The main issue with behavioral addictions is who they actually hurt. Porn addiction may cause physical problems if it gets extreme, but the real issue with it will come from you not meeting societal obligations far before that happens (by not working overtime enough to make rent or making more workers as a good wage slave should). Thus, porn addiction is more of problem for capitalism than for the individual’s health.
