That’s a crime for the people who broke into a base, not a reason to ban an entire organization. Lots of activist organizations have had members do illegal things. If that’s all it takes for the government to ban them, that’s an easy bar to manufacture and/or selectively activate.

Their lawyer can appeal the decision in court.

We’re on a message board giving our opinions. You’re happy to definitively say what is and isn’t free speech then come back with a dumb response about how the court will decide whether a contradictory opinion is valid. I’m not talking to the UK courts. I’m stating a principle, which is already being violated by this anti-free speech government. Law does not determine correctness.

Supporting what they did is free speech. That’s the whole damn point of free speech and it’s legitimately insane that in the UK the government just gets to arrest you for that.

If you start breaking into military bases to target jets, consider yourself lucky you don’t get shot.

Should citizens of all countries start attacking military bases?

                sure

                How does that end?

                better world, probably.

I’m totally against the proscription, but the individual idiots who broke into the base vandalised 2 air tankers with no link to Palestine, but would provide a critical role in the event Russia decided to threaten the UK with nuclear subs.

It was such a dumb move, it’s hard to believe it wasn’t a Russian op using PA as cover.
