I’m surrounded by Airbnbs where I live. Has any one had any experience with halting the expansion of Airbnbs? Politically or legally even. Saw one host operating a few dozen listings in Seattle which is outrageous (probably found a loophole). Can’t have that with a housing crisis.

Any tips help! Thanks!

    In some locations you need a special permit from the council / city / whoever runs the show to do short term rentals like airbnb. Look up local regulations, and if they apply, just report them.

      Good idea. I think they kight have some waterfront property listed (I think that can’t be Airbnb-ed)

      The owner will need to agree to join the HOA though right? Or is it more of a block owners majority thing?

        Every situation is different but our HOA prevents people from AirBnBing their houses. For existing houses I don’t know.
