Is that proper English? It looks really weird to me (non native speaker).
It’s a Tata car, so I’m assuming this is in India. A couple of my teammates are from there, and I hear this type of grammar a lot. I also wonder if Spanish speakers would do the same mistake too, as they don’t really have separate words for “I am” and “am I”.
