Neocons want to murder poor people and steal their natural resources.
Neoliberals want some of the murderers to be women
I think neoliberals are more like “We should do this war to help companies make bigger profits” and neocons are more like “We should do this war because i like the smell of flesh when it burns.”
I don’t find there’s any substantive difference between neocons and neolibs, especially on foreign policy.
