A hell of a lot more than that.They essentially created what is done at every single RR crossing in the US using asphalt, but with soil. That’s like nothing, and I very strongly doubt that’s the first train that has passed over it.
Wait until OP hears about what we did with coins on RR tracks in the 70s. They put up more resistance than that dusting of soil.
