      Thanks that helps. I couldn’t tell if it was being cheeky or if there is a softening towards trump by just the pic alone.

        To add context that might not immediately be clear: the other guy resembles Mark Rutte, the secretary general of NATO and former prime minister of the Netherlands, who has been kissing Trump’s ass and has jokingly called him daddy during the summit.
