I used to love to use Jerboa for my lemmy needs. However I made the jump earlier in the year over to piefed and I have been enjoying it ever since. I like the extended federation support, the flair, and multi-post comments features all rolled into one.
What does the community think of potential Piefed support?
If you’re asking in terms of Jerboa supporting Piefed, the odds are minimal to none. Jerboa is written directly by the Lemmy developers, and there wouldn’t be much incentive for them to support a different platform than their own.
Lemmy still supports Piefed content and communities by virtue of ActivityPub, but cross-platform apps and user accounts are another matter.
Aww dang, I made a piefed acct too and was hoping that jerboa would eventually support it 😕
