I actually liked DeWine for a while around Covid and clarity on what they were trying to do to help out the communities. Soon as Covid ended, it is just a chain train of stupid choices.
I really do keep thinking of just putting myself onto the ballot for a state rep. I get paid less, but this is quickly seeming like a real-life “if you want it done right do it yourself”
I’ve mentioned this before, but I was working for Franklin County when Covid first happened and we went into lockdown. I processed a complaint filed by a group of restaurants downtown against DeWine personally for “impacting their business”. I had a hunch, then, that he wasn’t going to be on the right side of this ever again. I hate that I was right, but I’m not surprised.
Nothing says, “we’re definitely not corrupt” like hiding all the communications of your elected officials.
The governer that was involved in the Householder conspiracy? That one?
