Just remembered the 48 hour restriction on aspirin before donation and thought I’d have to cancel. But Tylenol is not an aspirin.

I also learned why you are not supposed to take aspirin 48 hours before:

[Aspirin] also reduces the risk of clot formation in blood vessels by stopping blood platelets from clustering to prevent heart attacks or strokes.
