Without replacing them. Our current shortages exist purely because, water companies took the spare storage, and stole the investment funds to pay share holders. Climate change is real. But summer water shortages are not related.
Southern Water nearly doubled their CEO pay to £1.4m because bonuses were banned. Just thought that is a nice little cherry on top for us poors :)
Also important to remember.
