Mother’s Basement was streaming a watch-along of the first 3 seasons of Gag Manga Biyori (not to be confused with Non Non Biyori) so I thought “hey why not”.
That was some weird shit.
It was like watching Gintama with a sprinkling of Cromartie High. I kinda wish I had some alcohol for that, but hey there’s still seasons 4 & 5.
Yeah but naming someone after something from an unfinished series is still a very bold move. I could imagine a world where I name a kid after a fantasy character, but definitely not one where I name them after a fantasy character from an unfinished series. I mean, who knows where things might go!
So this just bans that “style” of rifle? Someone can just go buy some other semi-automatic rifle that doesn’t look as imposing or whatever but will still kill a person just as dead? I don’t really get what this accomplishes other than inconveniencing people who already own one of the guns this prohibits.
I have the best system for this. I just take notes year-round when the people around me say they want something, and then they’re genuinely surprised when they actually get it.
Despite its flaws Jujutsu Kaisen will probably always be one of my favorite battle shounen. I love so much how

Characters canonically power up by monologueing about what their powers do in the middle of battle, and there are even instances where characters hold back information while doing so to trick their opponent.
