Apple said the same thing a short while ago. I wonder what that word, ‘innovation’, actually means to them.

Imagine thinking that MS had that kind of talent onboard.
even if that eventually costs me a job I mean it’s kind of a ‘damned both ways’ situation, here. Right? Lose your job if you refuse to use it, lose your job if you end up training it how to do your job.
Correction: to be murdered by a car anyways, but at least with a flag in hands
Media: They had it coming, look at that flag. They were asking for it. If you didn’t want to get hit by a car, why are you dressed so provocatively?
I’m by no means an expert on this, but I have used both Bazzite and Fedora workstation as my exclusive operating systems.
What I would say is that they’re both perfectly adequate for the tasks you described.
Personally, I’d say unless you prefer things handed to you, choose Fedora. I don’t have a problem with flatpacks, but I missed being able to easily use dnf. At the end of the day, though, there are ways around everything; you can still get what you need done on Bazzite.
In terms of kernel tweaks, etc. I barely noticed any difference in performance between the 2. Keep in mind that this was a relatively modern pc so performance wasn’t really an issue that I was looking out for.
Overall though, you’ll be fine whatever you choose. I also had to use MS office for work and it’s pretty much the one thing you can’t get working on Linux. You’ll have to explore your options for that, I ended moving back to a Mac because of Ableton live :(
pff. Even if there were a protocol, x% of the Truth population would just claim it was a conspiracy and refuse to comply. “Bunkers? Govt. ploy to get us all into 15 minute cities” Etc.
At least the band keeps playing as the ship sinks.
That Apple can be trusted in ways that other “big tech” companies cannot.
If you want specific, I found this: https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/1354856520938602
I think that’s still undecided, as yet
It’s frustrating, considering that ableton’s push runs on Linux, but I never had a satisfactory, or comparable experience running it on a Linux desktop. To be honest, this was the dealbreaker that kept me using a Mac.
You know, I’d rather have him point out genocide as a distraction than ramble on about ‘stopping boats’, ‘unisex bathrooms’, or disability benefits.
I wish I could interpret my legal responsibilities in the same way as these robber barons.
Is there finally about to be a Brexit dividend?
No.

The Sun. Really?
Shame about the headphone jack. Could the switch be repurposed for something a bit more useful, or do you think it’s locked to a single function?
10% is outrageous, especially considering the price of some trains in Europe.
Sure, that’s something that would need to be tested before it was enforced. But it’s not beyond our capabilities; we’ve made more complex things happen for much more frivolous reasons.
“To boldly go where no-one has gone before”, my wallet, bedroom and DMs? :o
