Tesla’s bang for buck is horrible. You get a shitty car made from the worst plastic possible, and on top of that they don’t even have good quality control. The only thing that differentiated Tesla from the competition previously was the battery technology, but they no longer have that edge nowadays.
The Norwegians are probably getting them because they got used to it, and probably don’t want to rely on Chinese cars. Beats me why they would select a Tesla nowadays over the European brands.
The quality of the product completely aside, I would suggest it is your moral duty to not do business with corporations where the CEO can publicly throw sieg heils without repercussions when there are other choices available.
In this case, yeah, because Teslas also objectively suck as a result of the Fascist at the helm. But whenever we’re dealing with Fascists, principle should always trump practicality - we should all deal with Fascists by NOT making deals* with Fascists.
Why? Teslas are quiet the fine cars… ok, the CEO is a moron, but nevertheless…

To be fair, shit like subscriptions for seat warmers or lane guidance makes me not want to buy European either…
All European cars have subscription for these things or just a brand or two?
It’s getting more widespread unfortunately
Except Teslas being imported to Europe are likely from the China factory.
Model Y are made in germany, I guess that’s why they are popular in europe, now some countries give subsidies only if EV is made in europe

Money is power and Elon is a Nazi. So buying a Tesla is similar to voting for Nazis.
They’re shitty cars though.
It’s about principles, not practicality.
It’s both
