Was it historians who were saying Cleopatra was sexy or filmmakers?

Just because you already believe something or have heard of something before doesn’t mean that’s true for other people. Spreading knowledge inherently involves repetition.
And even if it were true that something is common knowledge, what good is it to say “I know that?” If the first comment was a waste of characters, then so is the follow up.
I do too. I think some people don’t understand it’s shortening “best regards” or “all my best” and instead think it’s saying “I’m the best”. At least that’s what one co-worker said to me. But I still use it.

They just memorize patterns really well.English2·7 days agoI think you’re misunderstanding the argument. I haven’t seen people here saying that the study was incorrect so far as it goes, or that AI is equal to human intelligence. But it does seem like it has a kind of intelligence. “Glorified auto complete” doesn’t seem sufficient, because it has a completely different quality from any past tool. Supposing yes, on a technical level the software pieces together probability based on overtraining. Can we say with any precision how the human mind stores information and how it creates intelligence? Maybe we’re stumbling down the right path but need further innovations.

Listen, “comms” is a terrible name for this concept. I’m calling them subs until something better comes along.
She said she wants the CCM industry to crumble - Christian Contemporary Music. If you’re not familiar it’s a very big niche, but essentially they imitate whatever music is popular but make a Christian version of it. And because for some people they’ll only listen to Christian music, it’s a captive audience.
