I accidentally put my Myki card in the wash with my jeans. Need to take PT tomorrow, do you think it’s going to work?

Started making dinner at 7pm, bad idea. Just sat down after getting through dish mountain and cleaning up around the place. I made chicken katsu curry for the first time, will be adding that to my stale dinner rotation.

I can feel the freezing air coming through the window of my home office. It’s very gentle but it’s there. I think it’s more obvious today because of how cold it is and maybe the direction of the wind is the right angle of south as this is a south-facing room. Must counteract with heating ($$$).

I bought these frozen cookies in a zip-lock packet from Woolies that you bake fresh, which is happening right now. Mmm 11pm cookies. I will restrain myself and leave some for tomorrow.

Forgot my wireless keyboard at home argghh. Have this weird setup now when I’m typing using my laptop keyboard looking at a monitor. It feels very off.

Do you mean office chairs with mesh for the seat? Super comfortable, the one I have is better than any cushion seat office chair that I’ve tried.

I really should go to bed earlier but I am a night owl through and through. It’s in my blood.

12.8 degrees in my house this morning, the lowest so far this winter. Switched the heater on and back under the bed sheets waiting patiently for some warmth before I get up.

Love it when you turn on a random movie on TV and figure out exactly what’s happening even though you only started watching halfway in. The movie was terrible but it hooked me.

Airplane ears in fine form

Gonna be a cold one tonight, my house temp is dropping fast without the heater on. I don’t want to see my next gas bill.

Just sent a client proposal which took a long time to complete and I know I’m being pitted against one other business for this work. Fingers crossed it comes through to me, but we’ll see. The other business is far more established / has a team of staff so it feels like I can’t compete, but I gave it a real crack. I’ve had a few proposals fall through recently (but at least they were quick to prepare), I really hope this one doesn’t end up a huge waste of time.
